 Peace is within you. Not just peace, but great joy, boundless love, and even the light of God. How can you access that? Where would you even start?

I suggest learning to meditate using the breath mantra, to become a conscious breather, and a centered, mindful person. That method, the Soaham Sadhana, has cumulative benefits, if used over time. It is the core practice in Hansa Yoga, which has more to it on a physical and energetic level.

I teach this stuff. From square one. A step at a time.

My name is Daniel. I'm an old yogi and a Minister of Peace (Universal Life Church). I have a sincere calling to serve God and humanity, with the gifts I've been given and can share. My mission is to start a meditation circle and a spiritual community that can thrive after I'm gone.

I have been doing meditation and yoga for fifty years. I have had great teachers and a wonderful education in Eastern mysticism and spirituality. And I want to teach a class, about the most magical thing I know.

I teach the basics of breath-mantra meditation, and some "Easy Yoga Breathe & Stretch" moves I've developed. I also explain some things. I teach and I preach. I bring the energy of life and the joy of my grateful heart to share with you what I can, if you are willing to receive it.
